Now I need that baggy thing that sits under the shifter knob and hides the mechanics. Ebay seems to be full of those., but should I get a original one?
I found something that belongs to the previous owner of the AW11. I dropped one of the shifter knob screws and tried to look it under the seat cushions, but instead of the screw I found a small photo. It says something in japanese and it has been taken in photo booth of some kind. If you recognize yourself from the photo, please send your address so I can send it back. Send the old japanese license number of the AW11 as well, so I can be sure that I send it to right person 😀
Just what I need, something simple for the booth, thats all 🙂 I havent even driven and tried that shifter knob, there is something blocking my way out (I’ll post some pictures about that later) My old man would not be happy if I made that shifter cover out of his old brown leather jacket 😀
I just made my gearshifter cover from just some old leather clothing, its quite easy. That gearknob is a bit better 😛
